ReleaseDescentro apresenta a 7ª edição do festival Submidialogia — subtropicalismo ainda que tardio. E evento que ocorrerá em Paranaguá (PR/Brasil) entre os dias 04 a 08 de setembro de 2010, como iniciativa aprovada no edital Petrobras Cultural de 2009 vinculado à Lei de Incentivo à Cultura (MinC – PRONAC Nº095697) – com o objetivo de promover mais uma vez o encontro de alta complexidade simbólica entre culturas populares e cibercultura.
O festival Submidialogia acontece desde 2005, e conta com quatro edições (Campinas-SP 2005, Olinda-PE 2006, Lençois-BA 2007, Belém-PA, 2009) realizadas em diferentes partes do Brasil. Desenvolvido colaborativamente por meio da lista de discussão Submidialogia, pode ser compreendido como um festival multidisciplinar que remixa conhecimentos de arte, mídia e tecnologia, cultura livre. A programação é fruto de reflexões plurais sobre os rumos da contemporaneidade e estratégias de inserção e atuação das redes no cenários vigente. Funciona como laboratório itinerante para a prática radical de construção de ambientes colaborativos.
Debates, rituais, apresentações musicais e circenses, ocupações, mostras de vídeos e fotográficas, performances, exposições, gastronomia, produção de Rádio, TV e Internet. São algumas das atividades que unem artistas, ativistas, produtores culturais, acadêmicos, representantes do governo, jornalistas e ONG’s nacionais e internacionais para refletirem por meio da experiência criativa a identidade coletiva, conturbada pela velocidade da transformação econômico-social.
O ponto de partida do Submidialogia é o convívio. O partilhar do dia-a-dia das comunidades e pessoas. O segundo passo é a realização das integrações multimídia (fotografia + vídeo + som ) que inspiram processos criativos individuais e coletivos, O terceiro passo é a montagem das exposições, possibilitando uma comunicação intensiva e integradora. Transportar as vozes e as criações dos participantes para o espaço artístico, imputando uma compreensão maior do fato social, sem distanciamentos, sem estereótipos.
A terceira edição deste ano acontecerá na Ilha dos Valadares-Paranaguá em parceria com a Associação Mandicuera, outras duas edições aconteceram em Arraial d’ Ajuda e Mirinzal. Em 2010 os debates, exposições, oficinas e outras atividades envolvem os temas: Artesanato Digital; Ações cartográficas; Mídias Livres; Metareciclagem, Produção Musical, Multimídia e Gráfica Livre; Debates de Economia Solidária, Circuitos Autodependentes; Gênero e Ambiente; Culinária Caiçara; Rituais e Bailes de Fandango.
Oficinas & Bate PaposAlgumas ações:
a) Circuitos Compartilhantes: Discussão de estratégias de intercâmbio e sustentabilidade entre redes de artistas, ativistas e pensadores de nossos problemas contemporâneos utilizando como base coletivos e laboratórios autônomos que hoje existem em nossas comunidades.
b) Cartogênese: Imersão e compartilhamento do imaginário da região do litoral do Paraná e sua conexão com as realidades dos diversos grupos e indivíduos das diversas localidades que se encontram no festival, pensando identidades, continuidades e novas construções de convergências destes imaginários.
c) Artesanato Digital em encontro com Luthiers Caiçaras: Laboratório de criação de instrumentos musicais e outros experimentos artesanais com eletrônica em diálogo com as práticas de construção de instrumentos tradicionais e rústicos das comunidades locais de Ilha de Valadares – Paranaguá – Paraná.
d) Celebrações- Fandango – Ruidocracia – Abrimos aqui com as possibilidade de acontecimentos ritualísticos nas noites do evento. No último dia haverá baile com os fandangueiros e luthiers na batuta.

Taking place on Monday 13th September, 1-4pm, Parliament in the Park will bring together over 200 young people, between the ages of 16-25, with politicians and other guests for a picnic in Old Palace Yard, Westminster, London.
By allowing young people and MPs to meet over a slice of cake, rather than in the dark corridors of the House of Commons, parliament in the Park will bring politicians closer to young people in a fun and engaging way.
